I was on the hunt for an OWC thunderbolt dock and stumbled upon Megamac in my Google shopping search. Never heard of 'em before, and they were about £60 less than the so-called 'sale' price on Amazon, which made me a bit wary. After doing some checking, I decided to place an order, and the dock showed up the next day in perfect shape, brand new, thanks to DPD (just an extra £4 for that). Oh, and it came with a UK power supply, by the way. I also reached out to their customer service and got a quick reply. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again for anything Mac-related.

We ran into some trouble with DPD not delivering a Nomad Rugged iPhone case. Josephine swiftly set up a second case to be sent, and it showed up right on time. Top-notch service and an excellent product. Much appreciated!

After quite the wait, I gotta say, this strap is fantastic. The details are superb and really enhance my ultra watch, especially with that vibrant orange strap matching the watch perfectly.

I ended up buying a Native Union case for my Apple AirPods Pro. Considering how pricey the headphones are, I wanted to ensure they were well protected. But after just over a month, the lid part of the case stopped attaching properly. Every time I take the headphones out, it just falls off, and the same thing happens when it’s in my pocket or bag. I contacted Megamac and sent a video showing the issue, which only popped up after about a month and a half of use. They then asked me to return the product at my own cost, leaving me without a case for my AirPods and out some cash. It was really disappointing given how short a time I’d been using it. Their customer support seems pretty inconsistent; in this case, I’d recommend looking for a case elsewhere just to be safe.

Josephine provided great assistance and stayed in touch about our special order. The pricing was fair, and the delivery was quite quick after they got the item.

I’d totally go with Megamac again. Josephine deserves a shout-out for her amazing support. She provided stellar customer service during a tricky transaction. The Nomad watch strap had a defect (that’s on Nomad, not Megamac). Josephine’s updates were top-notch, and they sent out a replacement strap super fast.
